Yalla Soundsystem (YSS) is a music collective of non-disciplinary artists: Bader Shashit, Acid Ponch, 5Amaseen and their cloud-based ghost producer Cheb GPT. Armed with four decks, a drum pad and a sampler they operate in true soundsystem fashion, with fast-paced mixing driven by instinct.

Their performances unfold as an ADHD-style polyrhythmic mashup set: unpredictable, hyper-dynamic, where old and new tracks are chopped, flipped, and reassembled on the fly. Jumping between bass, jungle, grime, footwork, or whatever, they seamlessly collide with shaabi, raï, and mahraganat, creating a high-intensity flow that never sits still for long.

YSS holds residencies at Radio Flouka and has been tearing up dancefloors from Cairo, Beirut and Riyadh to Paris, Milan, and London.
