Influenced by robot monsters, forgotten primal forces, and dead insects, ¡ Duflan Duflan ! aims to spread the unsuspected benefits of “maximum acceleration” new wave and satanic disco doom.

¡ Duflan Duflan ! plays fast and loud and takes itself very seriously. All forms of cathartic dancing or free-form choreography are welcome—even necessary—during their concerts.

Founded in 2008 from a musical project that began in 2005, Duflan Duflan marked its early period (through 2011) with the release of two vinyl albums and a split album in collaboration with Le Prince Harry (a Liège-based synth-punk band).

After a hiatus, the band was reborn in 2020 under the leadership of Michaël Sacchi (Rockerill, Charleroi), initially to perform at the Rockerill Festival—which was ultimately canceled due to the pandemic. Despite this setback, the trio regained its creative momentum: reissuing its first album via Rockerill Records, composing new songs, and returning to the stage.
