The festival will take place at the Ruiterijcomplex in Vilvoorde, a castle embraced by the lush Drie Fonteinen domain — 50 hectares of greenery that seamlessly fuse nature and human imagination. Together, the castle and its park form an enchanting setting, the perfect canvas for experimentation.

No, all ages are welcome! Especially our Sunday program keeps both the youngest and older visitors in mind. We invite all generations to come and experience the festival in their own way (hopefully with a touch of wonder).

Even better, children -12 can enter for free during the whole weekend!

We are doing our best to make the festival accessible to all, but cannot guarantee that moving around in a wheelchair will be easy. The courtyard has cobblestones for example, but there won't be any stairs to reach any stages. There is also a wheelchair accessible toilet.

The festival will not offer lockers or a cloakroom.

As much as we would love to invite you to an even more complete Gula Gula experience, unfortunately there will be no campsite at the festival site this edition.

Please make arrangements for your journey home. We’ll welcome you back even more warmly the next day!

Yes, there will be a care team on site for first aid and other inquiries about your safety.

Yes, you will receive a bracelet after we validate your ticket, which you can do until 2 hours before the end of the festival. After that, only people with a bracelet will be able to enter and exit the festival. On Saturday that's at 1:00, on Sunday 19:00.

Anais de Koning is our resident chef and will be serving healthy, homemade food. The menu will be shared on social media during the week of the festival.

As for drinks, you can expect a fairly standard festival selection.

If you have specific dietary or medical requirements, please ask for the list of ingredients when ordering food.

• The address of the entrance is Beneluxlaan 31, 1800 Vilvoorde.
• Coming by car? Parking inside the Drie Fonteinen park is not allowed, but you should be able to find a spot nearby.
• Coming by train? Stop in Vilvoorde and take the 47 bus which runs every 15 minutes, stopping at Twee Leeuwenweg. You can also decide to walk to the festival, which takes about half an hour.
• Biking from Brussels? The festival is only a half hour bike ride away from the city centre. A very nice, all flat route along the canal.

• We provide a shuttle leaving at 3:15 sharp on Saturday, driving to Brussels Central station, without any other stops. Buy your €10 ticket in advance, or on-site at the info point. Very limited capacity, so get your ticket in time!
• Taking a taxi or rideshare like Uber or Bolt? Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend to make reservations.
• Biking to Brussels? The festival is only a half hour bike ride away from the city centre. A very nice, all flat route along the canal. Passes by Gay Haze x Sundaze at BUDA BXL, if you want to keep the party going after Saturday night.

We recognize that celebrations can sometimes feel overwhelming. Gula Gula takes place in the beautiful Drie Fonteinen Park, and you are welcome to step outside the festival grounds at any time and return afterwards.

There will also be quieter spaces at Gula Gula — places where you can sit down and slow down. To support neurodivergent festival-goers and anyone in need of a calmer environment, we have created a safer space. This safe haven offers softer sounds, dimmer lighting, comfortable seating, water, harm reduction materials and compassionate staff ready to assist you and offer you an active and open ear.

On Sunday, we especially recommend Matinée’s listening space: relax on carpets and let yourself float away on carefully selected sounds.

If you need a listening ear, have a question you’d like answered, or need advice on where to go, you can visit the safer space, located between the courtyard and the main hall.

If you ever experience or witness harassment, exclusion, or violence, please reach out to our community care team. Easily recognizable on site, they are here to listen, support, and take action with your guidance. Your concerns will always be taken seriously and carefully.

If for any reason you did not feel comfortable reaching out to our community care team, or wish to report an incident involving a staff member, LEDA collective is here to listen too. They are an independent initiative that will review us and help our organisation create safer, more inclusive spaces.

We would like for as many people as possible to join our festivities. That's why we offer community tickets for Saturday (€21,15) through presale. We don't offer community tickets for Sunday since they're already very fairly priced (€10,60 for Vilvoorde residents, €20,70 for everyone else). With your UiTPAS Noordrand you can also buy a ticket at the entrance for 20% of the ticketprice.

Spread across three stages, we expect around 600–700 people on Saturday and 300–400 on Sunday.

Thankfully not. Participating means saying yes to an invitation. But you can also say no. You decide for yourself how you do or don’t want to participate. You can absolutely take part from a distance too.

This will always depend on where and when you are at the festival. The location, concert, performance or DJ set will determine whether things are louder or quieter at any given moment.

Are you sensitive to sound? Plan your visit accordingly. You can take an occasional break in the park or in the safer space, and, if needed, make sure you have suitable hearing protection with you.

Sunday promises to be a very relaxed day. On Saturday, there will be busy and louder music across the three stages.

But equally for the neighbour across the street whom you don’t know and who perhaps wouldn’t really have expected to find themselves at Gula Gula either. So feel free to invite them to come along.

Gula Gula doesn’t just want to meet you, but also wants you to meet others. Wander around and discover what feels right for you.

Let yourself be carried away by the music, join in with the workshops, and don’t hesitate to invite your family, for example. Dance through the night together on Saturday, or take your time on Sunday to look around and pause for a while.

Come, discover, stay and find your own way through the festival. Who knows, perhaps your neighbour across the street will surprise you with their unique Gula Gula experience.

Yes, our slightly smaller visitors are welcome too. Would they like a whole day of fun? Absolutely: on Sunday, we make extra space at Gula Gula to welcome all ages. There will also be plenty of playful things to discover.

Please note: children are still a little too young to fully enjoy Gula Gula without the supervision of an adult.

Dogs are welcome, under one condition: it is your responsibility to take into account the specific nature of a festival; lots of stimuli, faces and sometimes loud music. You know your four-legged friend best, so you will know where and when they can feel comfortable at Gula Gula.
